Our program provides services to assist crime victims who have a case that is being prosecuted in District Court in Box Elder County. We assist victims throughout the court process by providing court/hearing notices, restitution assistance, preparing victims to testify, referring victims to additional services, acting as a liaison between the victim and the prosecutor, answering any questions they may have and explaining the court process.
