Utah Legal Services provides free legal assistance throughout the State of Utah in various legal matters including family law, protective orders, stalking injunctions, landlord/tenant, public benefits, collections, consumer, and criminal record expungement cases. To access services please call 801.328.8891, Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. to apply, or visit www.utahlegalservices.org to apply online.

    Eligibility Criteria
  • We can serve victims in protective order actions regardless of income. Our other services are focused on individuals under 200% of the federal poverty guidelines.
