The Price City Police Department ensures that victims of crime occurring within Price City are aware of their rights. We help with protective orders, stalking injunctions and applying for Crime Victims Reparations Program. We educate victims regarding the criminal process, notify victims of court hearings and proceedings, assist victims in applying for financial help, refer victims for counseling and treatment as needed. We assist in preparation for courtroom testifying, assist victims whenever possible with their employer and landlord, in completing victim impact statements and provide information to adult probation and parole to help determine restitution.
