Our Victim Assistance Unit is designed to help reduce trauma that victim may experience a crime. We seek to make the criminal justice system more understandable, accessible, and responsive to the concerns of crime victims. Our Victim Advocates work to ensure that crime victims are provided the services and information necessary to be an integral part of the criminal justice process and to ensure that victims are treated fairly and that their voices are heard.
