Legal Aid Society provides legal representation for victims of domestic violence regardless of income or legal status to obtain civil protective orders in Salt Lake County. All services are free. Intakes are done by legal staff virtually or at the Matheson Courthouse, or the West Jordan Courthouse. Attorneys represent victims at court hearings in protective orders, child protective orders, dating violence protective orders, sexual assault protective orders and civil stalking injunctions cases.
