We exist to protect and restore human worth by confronting exploitation. Through victim services, education and outreach, and strategic partnerships, we are Utah's catalyst to create a state where all forms of human trafficking are intolerable.

We provide interviews of children alleged to be abused or neglected, trauma-focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, victim advocacy, and medical evaluation.

Emergency, short-term shelter for victims/survivors of domestic violence. Women and children served at the shelter. Males are served at an alternate location. Victim support; resource referral and assistance with community resources. No on-site services. Rural community and area; no public transit.

Shelter services for victims of Domestic Violence. Community based advocacy. Rapid rehousing funding and case management resources. 24 hour a day crisis hotline.

Holy Cross Ministries (HCM) offers bilingual, bicultural, trauma-informed services through its counseling, legal immigration and health outreach programs. Legal immigration program offers legal services including U Visa, applications for immigration benefits, family reunification assistance, DACA, citizenship, and full legal representation before the USCIS. Counseling program offers trauma-informed therapy in English and Spanish. HCM's Promotora/Case Manager offers services including: victim advocacy, acting as a liaison between victims and service providers, assisting clients in creating and developing a safety plan, assisting victims of crimes with access to community resources, providing crisis intervention, providing emotional support to victims of crime, educating clients about their legal rights as victims of crime, assisting clients in filing police reports, explaining the Crime Victim Compensation program in detail, and assisting them through the application process.

The Children's Justice Center is a homelike facility which serves children and families who are experiencing the crisis and chaos that comes with the disclosure of significant physical or sexual abuse of a child. Audio and video equipment is used to preserve interviews for evidence and eliminate the need for multiple interviews. The Center is designed to help children feel safe and comfortable so that they may begin to deal with the difficult and often frightening issues that surround abuse. The focus and function of the CJC is to reduce the trauma of the child abuse investigation and help the child feel safe to reveal the truth.

Gender responsive mentoring and case management for women, girls, and LGBTQIA+. LAP, DV shelter transition, sexual assault advocacy; housing advocacy; trauma-informed treatment advocacy and peer leadership. Healthcare and dental advocacy, prescription support; criminal justice system advocacy; employment training and vocational rehabilitation advocacy, disability and medicaid advocacy, including SOAR applications; DCFS child and family team advocacy; and limitless supports.
