Victim Advocacy for all victims of crime, including but not limited to post-crisis support, needs assessments and assistance with obtaining services and reparations, safety planning, educational and preventative information, assistance with court processes and orders of protection.

Family advocacy, abuse and domestic violence prevention, and DV VA. Primary service for Active Duty Soldiers and their family members.

We exist to protect and restore human worth by confronting exploitation. Through victim services, education and outreach, and strategic partnerships, we are Utah's catalyst to create a state where all forms of human trafficking are intolerable.

The Children's Justice Center is a home-like facility which serves children and families who are experiencing the crisis and chaos that comes with the disclosure of significant physical or sexual abuse of a child. The center is designed to help children feel safe and comfortable so that they may begin to deal with the difficult and often frightening issues that surround abuse. The Children's Justice Center facilitates a multidisciplinary approach during child abuse investigations.

Our mission is to strengthen families and protect children. Our Logan location is the home of our Starfish Children's Shelter for children ages 0-11. Our Kids Place is a free, temporary program offered to all caregivers in our community with children ages 11 and under. Our goal is to provide a safe, caring place for children to stay when caregivers need extra support, focusing on emotions and the needs of children and caregivers. Our Education team provides a variety of classes such as parenting and stepfamily classes, a body safety course called Kids Empowered, Mental Health First Aid training, and more. Our Family Educators also teach parents personalized strategies in the home. Our therapy services focus on two general needs in our community: Strengthening family relationships and healing from trauma. We provide counseling, marriage and family therapy, and a variety of therapy group and workshops.

Provide services to victims of misdemeanor crimes in Bountiful City. Help victims navigate the legal system. Provide support and updates throughout the court process. Help with Pretrial Protective Orders, Sentencing Protective Orders, Civil Stalking Injunctions, and Civil Protective Orders. Link victims to community resources.

Children's Justice Center (CJC) staff tracks and monitors case progression through the criminal justice system. CJC provides support and education for non-offending parents while at the center. CJC's clinical coordinators meet with parents to answer questions, address concerns, and explain resources. Crisis intervention and emotional support are provided anytime, as needed by the child and family. We maintain regular contact with families through follow up communications (phone calls, emails, or letters) to ensure every family has the needed resources to heal from the devastating effects of abuse.
