Provide services to victims of misdemeanor crimes in Bountiful City. Help victims navigate the legal system. Provide support and updates throughout the court process. Help with Pretrial Protective Orders, Sentencing Protective Orders, Civil Stalking Injunctions, and Civil Protective Orders. Link victims to community resources.

Cache CJC conducts forensic interviews, provides advocacy, and conducts medical exams.

We provide crisis intervention on scene and after victimization. We assist from the time 911 is called thru the criminal justice process and work with a variety of government and community agencies to assist victims of crime.

All of our services are culturally competent and trauma informed. We provide a full suite of victim services, including advocacy, accompaniment to law enforcement interviews, court, victims reparations, safety plans, emergency transportation and shelter, protective orders, etc. We also provide assistance with housing, utility, moving; mental health services; legal services; food, basic needs (household, clothing etc.). Our services also include Family Peer Support and case management.

Duchesne County Victim Services is a system-based advocacy located in the Sheriff's and County Attorney's offices. The advocates can respond on-scene or in offices located in Duchesne and Roosevelt. They provide direct services to assist victims of crime while they navigate the criminal justice system by providing education and support. They assist victims with obtaining orders of protection, Crime Victims Reparations (CVR), and by assisting with victim impact statements.

This program provides mobile crisis intervention during police incidents. We provide assistance with safety planning, risk assessments, and transportation to shelter. We provide assistance with court orders of protection, and court advocacy during protection order hearings as well as criminal court advocacy. Assistance with Crime Victim Reparations, impact statements, and restitution.

The Emery County Attorney's Office provides support services for victims of crime.
