Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA)

Duchesne County Victim Services is a system-based advocacy located in the Sheriff's and County Attorney's offices. The advocates can respond on-scene or in offices located in Duchesne and Roosevelt. They provide direct services to assist victims of crime while they navigate the criminal justice system by providing education and support. They assist victims with obtaining orders of protection, Crime Victims Reparations (CVR), and by assisting with victim impact statements.

Seekhaven provides client-led, trauma-informed services to primary and secondary survivors of domestic violence, sexual abuse, dating violence, stalking and sex trafficking in southeast Utah. We believe everyone deserves to feel safe.

Advocacy through state police; on-scene crisis intervention, detailed safety planning, online safety education, suicidal person intervention, homicide survivors support, coordination of healing resources for victims of: rape, sexual assault, trafficking, intimate partner violence, domestic violence, family violence, adults abused as children, and vulnerable adult abuse. We provide accompaniment to law enforcement interviews, repatriation from US to home country, assistance navigating Crime Victim Reparations benefits, ungovernable youth resources and guidance through Utah's criminal justice system.

UVU Campus Police Victim Services provides system based advocacy support for a victim of crime, and provides referrals for community based assistance. UVU Campus Police Victim Services primarily assists with students and faculty of Utah Valley University, but provides assistance for anyone within the campus community.

Utah Legal Services provides free legal assistance throughout the State of Utah in various legal matters including family law, protective orders, stalking injunctions, landlord/tenant, public benefits, collections, consumer, and criminal record expungement cases.
